About UA Local 440

We represent statewide Plumbers, Steamfitters, Service Technicians, Journeymen, and Apprentices. We work in partnership with the MCA of Indiana and over 70 signatory contractors to provide the most highly trained workforce in the industry. With fidelity, benevolence, education, and protection as our cornerstone principles, we serves the needs of our membership while ensuring contractors have the professional workforce needed to deliver value to their customers.
